Before Attending...

Firstly, we would like to welcome your child to

Shadazzle School of Performing Arts,

Dance & Cheerleading

Please join our parent's group www.facebook.com/groups/shadazzle this is important for all our term dates, class, show, news & information.

FREE TRIAL - Enjoy your child free time, we ask that you and leave your children with us for their trial and classes. We do not allow parents stay to classes as this is highly distracting for the children. Do not worry, they will make lots of friends and have fun! Once your child has enjoyed their free trial, please simply continue to bring them along each week and begin your monthly payments (detailed below).

CLASS PAYMENTS - Class payments are paid on a monthly basis in advance. To be paid on the 1st of every month for the entire months classes. Please be aware that some months have 5 weeks so please adjust accordingly. We do ask for your child to commit to their class. All missed classes are to be paid for during term time no matter the reason. We are not a pay as you go school. If you join mid month, please transfer the correct remainder of the month and then begin the monthly on the next 1st of the month. Below is a copy of our Shadazzle Holidays, these dates you don't have to pay when we are closed. Late fees will incur a £5 admin fee.

All missed classes in term time are chargeable and need to be paid for, regardless of reason. As your child is paying for their place rather than per class.

Shadazzle holiday dates (not always the same as schools) and show dates are posted below and on the outside studio door a year in advance. Please make a note of these. All children will be involved in the yearly show at The Civic Hall and perform 2 routines per class they take.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS - Once your child is settled in, our minimum uniform requirements for sing, dance & act classes and dance squads are Shadazzle T-shirt, Shadazzle or Plain Black Leggings/Shorts & Jazz Shoes. ‘Bloch Black Split Sole Jazz Shoes’ are needed for all classes (not cheer). EBay and Amazon (‘Bloch’ make is great) and any dance shop sell these for around £20. Pick up a uniform order form from reception.

For Cheer/Acro Class (optional for other classes) Students are required to wear a Shadazzle crop set, Purple Shadazzle T-shirt can be worn over this. For just Cheer Tuesdays, plain white running trainers that are to be worn in the studio only and not outside.

You can collect an order form for our Shadazzle uniform items from reception at the studio.

Hair should be tied back always. High pony for Cheer. No jewellery.

Please provide a drink of water for class. And lastly please ensure your child has been to the toilet before class.
